Sweet, silky and unctuous wine. An intense blend of aromas of honey, raisins, figs and dates, with toasted notes of coffee, chocolate and liquorice.

Port: Graham’s 10-year-old Tawny Port 50ml £4.00
Aged for 10 years and balancing the direct sweetness of a younger wine with some of the richer flavours that develop with age. Rich, mature fruit flavours; beautifully mellowed; with a luscious, long finish.

Port: Noval Black Port Reserve 50ml £4.00
Deep and intense ruby red colour, On the nose, it reveals an inviting and complex bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberries, black cherries, and plums.
There are also enticing notes of cocoa, spice, and a subtle hint of tobacco, adding further layers of aromatic depth.

Pudding wine: DV by Château Doisy – Védrines, Sauternes 375ml £27.00
The wine is fresh, and displays wonderful and plentiful aromas of fresh pineapple, mango and other citrus fruits. The wine is well balanced, with not too much sugar in the mouth which gives the wine finesse and a wonderful character.
